I'M ADOPTED AND IS ONLY HIM AND HIS DAUTHER , AND GRAN DAUTHER LAST YEAR HE ADD ME ON THE GRANT DEED( AS JOSE AND BILL HIS FATHER AS JOINT TENANCY WITH THE RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP) I HAVE BEEN PAY THE 1,2 MORTAGE AND UTILITIES BILLS TOO HE DON'T PAY NOTHING AND HIS DAUTHER MY STEP SISTER LIVE HERE IN THE HOUSE IF MY ADOPTED DAD MAKE A WILL, OR A TRUST WHEN HE PAST AWAY DID MY STEP SISTER GET HIS HALF OR THE HOUSE DID THE WILL OR THE TRUST CAN REALY BRAKE THE JOINT TENANCY WITH THE RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP.
